 We appreciate how important it is to understand eco-friendly methods & initiatives and we work continually with our clients to advise on best practice, future maintenance planning and cost implications. Wherever possible we also seek to involve and engage our customers (Lessees) in decision making processes and initiatives which both educate and benefit the management. We have a thorough understanding of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme and reliable contractor contacts within the sector which have enabled us to bid for refurbishment as well as S20 Major Works funding.

 We are always looking at ways to introduce greater sustainability into the management of our existing schemes. In the main part this is achieved by implementing recycling strategies and energy reduction schemes. However wherever possible we also look for potential retro-fit projects such as Green Roofs, Photovoltaic and Solar Panel Systems, Biomass Heating, Rainwater Harvesting & Combined Heat & Power (CHP) systems. We are constantly on the look out for new energy and cost reduction technologies which can be brought to the forefront of our Property & Asset Management services.
