Our Head of Business Development, James comes from a strong Asset / Portfolio Management and Litigation background. Since resigning from the military in 2003 James has held Senior Asset Management roles in control of high value mixed asset class property portfolios within the private and institutional sectors. A major shareholder James now invests his attention on the growth and direction of Hesperos Residential as a specialist Chartered Surveying offering to the Residential Block Management sector.
Between 2010 & 2015 James was also the Owner Director of Landmark Residential, a company which specialised in the provision of Surveying and Litigation services to the Residential Leasehold sector. He is therefore particularly knowledgeable when it comes to matters of L&T, Service Charge and S20 dispute as well as the various processes of the County Courts, First-tier Tribunals (FtT) and Mediation environments. James’ unique property and litigation background brings an unrivalled level of understanding, intuitiveness and protection to our client base and their assets.

Danish Ahmed MRICS – Registered Mediator

Our Director Danish is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a broad Property Management record spanning over 20 years. Danish oversees all aspects of our management service, management team and support staff. Danish is passionate about the efficient and safe running or every Property & Estate under management and she ensures ongoing compliance with the requirements and principles of RICS in respect of all management practices and customer service provision.
Danish also holds RICS Certification in Mediation Advocacy & Dispute Management as well as Civil Commercial Mediation and she is listed on the RICS Register of Accredited Mediators. This further and unique experience provides our clients and customers with swift, in house access to Mediation as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), a now important consideration of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). Danish’s particular experience in this regard centres on Landlord & Tenant and Service Charge Disputes.

Our Head of Facilities Management has over 12 years experience running complex residential estates. With a handle on local and regional procurement our team seeks to constantly refine the contractor and professional mix in order to ensure that our clients’ properties are maintained effectively and to the highest compliance and quality standards.
We understand that every property is uniquely different and we know that what works for one site will not be a perfect match for another. When we take on new managements we work with the Landlord, RMC / RTM Directors and with existing contractors to ensure both continuity and service evolution. If something isn’t broken we won’t seek to change it but where there is room for improvement we are proactive in driving service enhancement and value for money changes.
Every property we manage is appointed a local or regional property management lead so that our clients and the property owners have a friendly face to engage with.
